Divisions:
- A, B, C, D, E (E grade is primarily walk/trot for beginner players) Chuckles (played one time per day)
- 6 man teams where numbers allow, otherwise, sectional. Club
- Coaches please submit teams by September 14th, 2026.
Cost:
- $135.00 A, B, C, D, E (includes tournament, vet on call, entry shirt, EMT and Saturday dinner).
- $50 International Division (only for named team)
- $20.00 Chuckles (play once per day, not sanctioned, entry shirt, vet on call, EMT and Saturday dinner). *do not have to be an APA member but must sign liability forms online*
- $20.00 Extra meal for Saturday
- $20.00 Extra shirt
Stabling available:
- Stalls are $100 Friday through Sunday and includes clean out by the track staff at the end of the weekend.
- $15/extra night stabling
- Bedding/shavings must be ordered in advance – $10/bag.
- Tack stalls are $40 and need to be labeled as a tack stall. We are charged for every stall used.
- Electric pens allowed up by the field in designated areas (please spread manure into the woods and please pickup any leftover hay).

NOTES:
- Please have your Coggins with your horses. All horses must have a current Coggins, in accordance with NC statutes – No Exceptions. APA approved Helmets (per the APA rulebook) at all times while mounted.
- Underage drinking WILL NOT be tolerated in accordance with APA policies and NC statutes.
- Tournament committee reserves the right to refuse any entry. Please dispose of trash properly in cans provided.
- Open fires are not permitted.
- Teams will be placed in a division based on total Team rating. If there are any questions about this the tournament committee will be available for discussion on a case-by-case basis. Decisions of the tournament committee with respect to assigning teams to divisions are final.
- Tournament committee reserves the right to reassign teams or individuals to divisions (move them up or down) as required. Player/ team will be notified prior to the start of the tournament.
- Please notify Sarah Desai if you are coming in prior to Friday or leaving later then Sunday
- Dogs must be on a leash at all times. THIS MEANS ALL DOGS!
- Food Truck on site Saturday and Sunday! Food in town only a couple miles away.
