Online Registration for Nationals is OPEN!

Our season-ender event is shaping up to be large and fun! We’d love for you to be there…if you don’t have a team, you can sign up and we will try and find a team for you. Consider this: from points east, it might be between an 8 or 12 hour drive. From the central north, about 14 hours. From 2 different areas in the Mountain Zone, about 19 hours. Not too bad a trek for Nationals….   ONLINE REGISTRATION: is now OPEN! Go to the website, click on ‘Online Registration’ in the red border on the home page.   DEADLINES: don’t forget!   September 1st^: send team declarations to Laura Humphreys katelyn.p.james@gmail.com September 1st : deadline for program ads September 1st : deadline for Best U21 Award sign up by your club to Laura Humphreys katelyn.p.james@gmail.com September 4th: deadline to book motel at reduced rate September 15th: last day to sign up entry without a late fee. Late fee begins September 16th. September 30: last day to purchase extra meals. Pay online only. We do not want to run out out of food!   CLUBS: please plan to send something for the Silent Auction….ask businesses you do business with if they’d donate items, ask artists, jewelers, arts and crafts people, ask for donated services etc etc. The value of these items will be tax deductible because we are a 501c3 organization. We need to have 9 to make this a division, so let me know before September 1st! I will need to get buckles made!
