U21 Development Squad Application

The American Polocrosse Association invites applications for the U21 Development Squad, designed for players preparing to compete at an advanced level and build readiness for international play. This program emphasizes skill progression, horsemanship, and leadership through consistent training, tournament participation, and teamwork. The 2025–2026 U21 Squad will travel to Ireland for an outbound tour in 2026. In preparation, selected players will be expected to compete actively throughout the season, develop versatility by playing on as many different horses as possible, and demonstrate commitment, professionalism, and adaptability both in training and competition. I agree to follow the American Polocrosse Association Code of Conduct, which includes demonstrating respect for my teammates, coaches, the APA standards of play, and placing horse welfare above all other considerations. I commit to giving my best effort in training, competitions, and all aspects of my development as a Polocrosse player. I understand the importance of maintaining a positive attitude, working diligently toward my personal and team goals, and being a supportive teammate. I am willing to learn, grow, and embrace the feedback and guidance provided throughout the program(Required)

I hereby give my consent for my child to participate in the U21 Polocrosse Development Squad for the 2026 season. I am fully aware of the requirements for participation, including attendance at two tournaments a year, commitment to the Player Development Program, and participation in local and regional tournaments throughout the year. I understand the time, effort, and responsibilities involved in being part of the squad and support my child’s involvement in this program.(Required)
