U19 Tour Outbound South Africa Coach Application

The American Polocrosse Association is seeking a Coach for the U19 Outbound Tour to South Africa, taking place the weekend of August 15–16, 2026. This role is an incredible opportunity to lead and mentor some of the country’s top developing players while representing the United States in international competition. The coach will work closely with the team manager and Player Development Committee to prepare players for high-level competition and ensure a successful, unified team experience. Responsibilities: Lead player selection, training, and strategy development Support players in goal-setting, preparation, and teamwork Communicate with the team manager, parents, and PDP regarding logistics and planning Promote positive sportsmanship, horsemanship, and professionalism at all times Oversee practices and pre-tour preparation sessions Requirements: Minimum coaching level: Certified APA Development Coach or equivalent experience Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to collaborate with APA leadership and manage team logistics Previous international playing or coaching experience preferred Deadline November 12, 2025
