Team Manager U21 Outbound to Ireland

The American Polocrosse Association’s Player Development Program (PDP) invites applications for the position of U21 Team Manager for the 2026 Outbound Tour to Ireland, scheduled for Summer 2026. Exact travel dates will be determined and released before the end of the year. The Team Manager will serve as the primary organizer and point of contact for the U21 tour, ensuring smooth communication, logistics, and coordination throughout the preparation and travel phases. This includes managing travel arrangements, accommodation details, fundraising coordination, and assisting the Coach in maintaining a structured, supportive environment for all players. The Manager will represent the APA abroad and is expected to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and excellent organizational skills. A collaborative approach is essential, as the Manager will work closely with both the Coach and the PDP Committee to plan and execute all aspects of the tour. Because this is an outbound international tour, fundraising is a critical component of the Manager’s role. The selected individual will assist in developing fundraising goals, coordinating national and local efforts, and helping players and families engage in sponsorship and promotional opportunities that offset travel expenses.
