Team Manager U16 Inbound Invitational USA vs. Narrabri

The American Polocrosse Association’s Player Development Program (PDP) invites applications for the position of U16 Invitational Team Manager held during the Eastern Zone Regionals, September 25–27, 2026. The U16 Team Manager will play a pivotal role in organizing and supporting the team’s experience throughout 2026 and from competition arrival to departure. This includes assisting with logistics, communication, fundraising coordination, travel planning, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all juniors and visiting team. The U16 team will arrive early for pre-event coordination, team bonding, and preparation leading into the weekend. The Manager will collaborate closely with the Coach and PDP Committee to oversee schedules, player check-ins, and horse care coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, and communicative — someone who enjoys helping youth players thrive both on and off the field.
