Team Coach U16 Inbound Invitational USA vs. Narrabri

The American Polocrosse Association’s Player Development Program (PDP) invites applications for the U16 Team Coach position, held during the Eastern Regionals, September 25–27, 2026. This tour serves as an important step in the development pathway for young players aspiring to future international play. The selected coach will lead a group of talented juniors, fostering teamwork, confidence, and growth both on and off the field. The U16 team will arrive early for pre-event preparation, team bonding, and training sessions. Coaching and management staff are expected to arrive the same day to assist with horse organization, field setup, and daily logistics leading into the weekend of play. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and teaching ability, with experience developing youth players in a positive and structured environment. This position is volunteer-based and will work closely with the PDP Committee and the appointed Team Manager to ensure a safe, educational, and memorable experience for all involved. The minimum age to coach international tours (inbound or outbound) is 21 years. American Polocrosse Association.
