U19 Tour Outbound South Africa Manager Application

The American Polocrosse Association is seeking a Team Manager for the U19 Outbound Tour to South Africa, scheduled for the weekend of August 15–16, 2026. The manager will play a vital role in organizing all aspects of the tour, ensuring clear communication, smooth logistics, and a positive experience for every player. This position requires a high level of organization, flexibility, and teamwork with the coach and APA Player Development Committee. Responsibilities: Coordinate all travel and accommodations Serve as the main contact for players, parents, and PDP committee Assist with budgeting, fundraising, and sponsorship coordination Manage schedules, meals, gear, and other day-to-day logistics Support the coach and team in creating a cohesive, professional environment Requirements: APA membership Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple parties Availability for pre-tour planning meetings and full duration of travel Application Deadline: November 12th, 2025
