The American Polocrosse Association’s Player Development Program (PDP) invites applications for the position of U21 Team Coach for the 2026 Outbound Tour to Ireland, scheduled for Summer 2026. Exact travel dates will be confirmed before the end of the year. This international tour will serve as a vital step in developing young athletes for future senior-level and World Cup play. The selected coach will lead the U21 team in all aspects of preparation and competition, guiding players to perform at a high standard while representing the APA with pride and professionalism abroad. The Coach will work in close collaboration with the appointed Team Manager and the PDP Committee to prepare players both physically and mentally for international competition. Responsibilities include planning team training sessions, coordinating with the Manager on logistics and horse allocation, and fostering a strong, positive team culture that values growth, sportsmanship, and adaptability. The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, strategic insight, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and mentor developing players at the intermediate-to-advanced level. The minimum age to coach international tours (inbound or outbound) is 21 years. American Polocrosse Association.
