Thank you, your online event registration has been submitted and we are now awaiting the submission of your horse's coggins. Your registration will not be complete until we have received your coggins and you could be subject to a late fee if not submitted by the registration deadline for your tournament.
1. You must have a current coggins submitted for each horse that is registered on your entry.
2. The name on the coggins must match the name on the registration form.
3. PREFERRED METHOD: Please have a scanned copy of each coggins saved as a jpg or pdf and email each to: eventorganizer@americanpolocrosse.org
4. Please include your event registration number that is shown on your registration, or your name on the email for clarification.
If you cannot email the coggins please fax to the number listed in the online entry information, or contact the event organizer directly for an alternate method.
Thank you for completing your registration. An email will be sent to you from the event organizer confirming that all pieces of your registration are submitted.
